The price of the trek includes the following:

[X] All transportation services within Nepal with pick-up and drop off services

[X]Trekking Guide and Trekking porter (Two participant=1 porter (Maximum 20 kg of luggage ) (Trekking staff are fully insured and equipped for the trek)

[X]Local, Yogic Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and accommodation during the Trek

(Hotel Thamel Park in Kathmandu and Tea house accommodation during the trek

(All rooms are double. Single accommodation will be of extra cost, see below)

[X]A welcome and farewell Nepali dinner in Kathmandu

[X] One massage treatment upon return to Kathmandu

[X] One hot shower on Day 12 in Naamche

[X]Sleeping bag, down jacket, duffel bag, Yoga Mat and trekking stick rental (if required)

[X]Trekking permit of National park, as well as other entry fees during the trekking

[X]TIMS card(Trekking Information Management System )

[X]Flight fare from Kathmandu to Lukla and Lukla to Kathmandu

[X]First aid kit, including water purifier

[X]Emergency helicopter rescue service , your helicopter rescue fee is paid by your travel insurance company

The price does not include:

(X)Personal expenses

(X)Bar bill , beverages, hot shower, extra accommodation in Kathmandu. We are happy to help you arrange additional accomodations, but please note that within the cost of the trek, accommodation and meals are fixed.

(X) The price includes yogic, local meals which are perfect fuel for the trek. This will be fruit porridge for breakfast and dal baht for lunch and dinner. Any other meals or snacks will be at customers own discretion.

(X)Single Accommodation (per person for accommodation USD 80) Per night in Kathmandu

(X)During the trek, single accommodation is USD 250

(X)Travel insurance (guests MUST have insurance with Helicopter rescue cover)

(X)Tips for guide 10%  and personal porter 5% (we will discuss the culture of this at the welcome dinner)

(X)Meals & hotel accommodation in Kathmandu (outside of the itinerary )
