Your time to do you…Relax at the Retreat centre or take a taxi into Marrakesh

Friday

7:15 Morning meditation and energising yoga sequence

8:30 Breakfast

10am Group walk to explore the Atlas mountains

11:30 Meditation class and practice

1pm Lunch

2-4pm Break time! Take a nap by the pool,explore the mountains or pop into Marrakesh. It’s your time to do things your way…

4pm Yoga Philosophy

5pm Restorative yoga practice

6:30pm dinner

Sunrise walk in Toubkal national park

10am Alignment workshop for those that want to deepen their asana (posture) practice

2-4pm Stretch out by the pool, read a book, soak up the Mountainous views

4pm Yoga Philosophy

5pm Yin yoga practice

8-9pm Cacao Love Ceremony
