Join Middle Path Movement for a gentle yoga class that encourages mental centring, calming breathing and light stretching for soon-to-be and brand new Mothers.

A class inspired to increase strength, flexibility and the endurance of muscles needed for childbirth and to compassionately restore the effects of pregnancy.

Due to Covid-19 all in-studio classes have been postponed until further notice. For now, there will be live, online classes via Zoom!

Saturdays 5.30-7pm – a gentle restorative yoga class for pregnant ladies and brand new Mums in the comfort and safety of your own home!

Sundays 10-10.45am – guided meditation and breathing exercises for stress and anxiety (suitable for all)

All Zoom classes are by donation, if you can, to help fund the arrival of Jessica’s expectant baby during these unprecedented times. No donation is too small. Thankyou xxx
