Villa La Paz
Villa la Paz is a romantic organically designed open air oceanfront living space. This villa was once featured on the cover of Sunset Magazine, fueling Sayulita’s popularity as a bohemian, fishing, surfing, and wellness destination.
The villa includes 2 fully enclosed air conditioned ocean view private bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fully equipped kitchen, private plunge pool, and a large ocean view terrace protected by an expansive beautiful palapa.
Requires 101 stairs to access.
Pricing for La Paz
Full villa for the duration of the retreat for a group of 4 is $7777 ($1944 per person)
This is a Quad Villa – There is a King Bedroom and a Luxury Twin room. The pictures above portray the full villa in all its glory.
We recommend renting the villa as a group for the best experience and price!
We have 3 main studio villas available for the retreat.
Buena Vida Villa
This handsome, newly remodeled studio offers a well-equipped kitchen, king sized bed and a spacious bathroom. Arrive at Buena Vida from the garden side and fall asleep to the sounds of the tropics.
* No view. Requires 108 stairs to access to it. This unit is not recommended if you have mobility issues.
Mar Vida Villa:
This handsome, newly remodeled studio offers everything you need and more, including a well-equipped kitchen, king-sized bed and a spacious bathroom.
This villa features a charming private terrace with a small dipping pool, from which you’ll enjoy a partial ocean view.
*Requires 108 stairs to access to this Villa. It is not recommended if you have mobility issues.
Vista Verde Villa:
A captivating Villa… Vista Verde is a beautiful studio with a king-sized bed and a kitchenette (no stove) to prepare cold foods. Enjoy the fresh jungle airs and view ON the terrace and relax.
It requires 85 stairs to access.
Villas include
2 villas include full kitchens, and all are equipped with coffee maker, coffee grounds, drinking water, refrigerators, microwaves and toasters, and wifi, AC, hair dryer, soap/shampoo/lotion, and daily housekeeping in all units.
Beach towels and surfboards/boogie boards/SUP at front desk. Yoga mats at the yoga palapa.

Full Villa is $3555 ($1777 per person for Double Occupancy)
As with La Paz, we recommend booking this as a duo, for best experience and price. These are studio villas for 2 people.
