Greta – Certified Yoga Teacher
What began as a practical way to lose weight became a much deeper exploration of how the body and mind respond to stress, movement, and everyday habits. Practicing yoga since 2005 and teaching since 2010, Greta’s work has evolved through years of guiding people from all walks of life — from large public classes to therapeutic settings within osteopathic and physiotherapy clinics in Hong Kong.
Her personal practice draws from Ashtanga, inversions, Myofascial Release, Yin, and meditation, though rather than separating styles into fixed categories, she is interested in the essence that runs through them all. Even in stronger, faster-moving practices, she encourages the calm, awareness, and stillness often associated with Yin and meditation. In quieter practices, she explores grounding not as stagnation, but as stability, presence, and the subtle movement of energy within.
This perspective shapes her teaching style, inviting people to check in, move with intention, and create mental space in a world that constantly demands quick reactions and endless distraction. Drawing from extensive training in yoga therapy, functional anatomy, and therapeutic movement, Greta’s teaching is rooted in the understanding that awareness can change not only how we move, but how we live.
