Retreat Booking Terms & Conditions
- Booking & Deposit
- To secure your spot on the retreat, a non-refundable deposit is required.
- Your booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit and sent you written confirmation.
- The remaining balance is due by the date stated in your booking confirmation. If not received on time, your place and deposit may be lost.
- Payments & Participant Cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If you need to cancel:

If you are unable to attend your booked course or retreat, you may request to transfer your place to another participant, with our approval, or transfer your booking to another Middle Path Movement course or retreat within six months of your original start date. One transfer is permitted per booking and is subject to availability.
Transfers must be requested more than eight weeks before the course or retreat start date. Within eight weeks of the start date, no refund or transfer is available.
Only the deposit may be transferred. If you have paid more than the deposit, any additional balance paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, illness, or other events.
- Cancellations or Changes by Middle Path Movement
- If we ever need to cancel a retreat, you’ll receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.
- We cannot reimburse flights, travel costs, visas, insurance, or other expenses.
- If unforeseen circumstances beyond our control occur (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes), we will do our best to offer an alternative arrangement but cannot guarantee refunds.
- Travel & Insurance
- You are responsible for arranging your own flights, transfers, and travel documents.
- We highly recommend adequate travel and medical insurance to cover unexpected events such as illness, cancellations, or lost luggage. Middle Path Movement cannot accept responsibility for these matters.
- Health & Responsibility
- By booking, you confirm that you are in good physical and mental health for the retreat.
- Please let us know of any medical conditions, injuries, or special requirements in advance.
- Participation is at your own risk. Middle Path Movement is not liable for injury, illness, accidents, or loss or damage to personal belongings during the retreat.
- Code of Conduct
- We strive to create a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment.
- Participants are expected to treat fellow guests, staff, and the retreat space with kindness and consideration.
- We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.
- Acceptance of Terms
