I attended Jessica’s 200 hour yoga teacher training. It was a life changing experience. Jessica is a knowledgeable, capable, and compassionate teacher whose unique style of interactive instruction made the essential principles of yoga philosophy, techniques and health benefits easily accessible to students of all ages. As a senior citizen, I deeply appreciated her hands in attention to detail approach . Moreover, I look forward with great confidence and enthusiasm to take her 300 hour yoga teacher training in the near future.
Jess is the most authentic and encouraging teacher, I’m so happy I decided to do my ttc with middle path movement
It was an amazing teacher training experience. All the teachers were absolutely lovely and knowledgeable. They all have so much wisdom and experience and I feel so privileged to have been apart of this course. I made friends with some of the most beautiful souls also.
I could not have dreamed of a better course. Such devoted, wise and supportive teachers, a safe space and a beautiful community. Can’t believe how much I learnt and it gave me the skills and confidence I needed to start teaching even before the end of the course. Wish I could do it all over again!!!
I have just completed the 200 hours yoga teacher training at Tula. It has been the most amazing experience. Not only the teachers have the most in depth knowledge about yoga, they are also warm, loving and inspiring. They provided a safe environment for us to grow and develop. I went in to learn more about yoga but come out with so much more. Thank you so much Jess and Dee. xx
I did my 200H YTT in Sayulita in Mexico and I am really happy i choose Middle Path Movement to do it. Teachers are great, open minded, with a big knowledge in theory and practical without beeing too radical. The group was small which was good to learn a lot.The location is great and vibes are good, go for it !
I loved my time at the teacher training with Middle Path Movement! The teachers were extremely helpful and guided us through the training with a lot of patience and compassion, allowing us to greatly benefit from their knowledge and vast experience. Due to a very personal and open atmosphere, there was a lot of space for individual needs and every student could develop in their own way. I joined the training in Sayulita, which is a lovely town by the sea, which was an additional perk 🙂
I am currently on the Middle Path Movement & Tula Balance 200hr YTTC and I could not have dreamt of a more enriching experience. The balance between philosophy, anatomy & physiology, asana clinic & sequencing, pranayama, and physical practice is perfect. The teachers are varied and inspiring, and their support is so sincere. The structure has allowed me to fit training around work, which I am grateful for. I am learning lessons for life, and loving every minute! Thank you to Jess, Dee, Chloe, Eisha and Sophie for making it so wonderful
So thankful to have found Tula Yoga, an authentic and soul nourishing studio. I have been practicing with Dee for some time and feel both the dynamic energy as well as the wholesome release that comes at the end of a rounded yoga practice combining: breath, mind and physical. As soon as I saw the YTT 200hr course I knew that I would be fully supported, challenged both physically and mentally and I have not been disappointed. The variety of teachers in the course all have something different to add from their wealth of experience. Jess from Middle Path Yoga creates an authentic, balanced and almost spiritual experience: one from which you feel as though you have been transported to India! Having the course over 4 months has given me the opportunity to apply the physical and the philosophy to my day to day life making it even more meaningful for me and allowing me to work around my little family. I would wholeheartedly recommend the part time teacher training if you are even thinking about it, you won't regret it. 🥰🙏
This training has been an absolutely incredible experience it has been informative, confidence-boosting an invaluable experience for me, and I have gained so much from it. Would HIGHLY recommend
My experience on Middle Path Movements 200hr YTTC far exceeded all expectations - from the teachings to the daily practices, the food and accommodation were all incredible. The organisation of everything was on point and I can’t recommend this school enough! If you’re thinking of booking a training with them - go for it!
The YTT in Sayulita was amazing. Great balance between philosophy and medical knowledge. Intense classes and Yin recovery. Loved my time here & ready to teach.
Grateful for being able to take YTT 200 with amazing team and knowledgeable teachers! Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to improve and deepen their yoga practice
This experience made me a different person coming out than going in. The instructors are truly captivating and the staff deeply care. It is intense and transformative process. The accommodations are clean and there is a pool to enjoy. Sayulita is a fun and loud place 🙂 the yoga was amazing and have only high regards for the special people who made this happen.
I had no idea what to expect in this yoga teacher training retreat. I joined at the last minute after being invited by the staff. My experience was both a spiritual and physical healing journey. The location in Sri Lanka was paradise and the teachers were both a “10”. I would definitely join this team again for training.
It was an experienced I could never have even dreamt of , so happy I chose this training. Truly held and supported the middle path team. I love you guys and would highly recommend!
I did the Middle Path Movement’s part-time 200hr yoga teacher training in London and it was exactly what I was looking for!The fact each session was run over the weekend was perfect as I didn’t need to take any time off work. By doing the course part-time, I also learned how to incorporate yoga into my daily life, which was one of my main intentions for doing the training. One of my highlights of the course was how different all of the teachers were, which really gave me room to consider what yoga meant to me. I started the course with a very strong idea of what I valued most in an āsana practice, and finished the course with a completely different set of values. The different styles were complimented well by being encouraged to practice the other aspects of yoga like svādhyāya (which can be interpreted as self-study). The variety and reflection led me through countless rabbit holes, which although confusing at the time, I am incredibly grateful for now. One of the biggest surprises for me was how my attitude towards teaching changed. I joined the course absolutely not wanting to teach and mainly wanting to deepen my practice. However, my self-confidence and self-awareness grew massively throughout the course, largely due to the continuous help and support given, and self-enquiry encouraged by the teachers. I couldn’t believe it when I signed up to teaching classes the day after graduation!I am also incredibly grateful for how committed our philosophy, Sanskrit and history classes were to honouring the origins of the practice. It was difficult to unlearn the common pronunciations of Sanskrit words like haṭha, aṣṭāṅga, and āsana, and I definitely still don’t always get it right, but I am very grateful to have the opportunity to try!Overall, the course was fantastic and I would really recommend it to anyone considering it. Doing it part-time around your normal life is definitely a challenge, but if you are able to, it is totally worth it.A massive thank you to the teachers, Sammy Rainbow Furnival, Alina Jaber and Jessica Noifeld for making the experience everything it was!
Completing the 200 hour yoga teacher training with Middlepath Movement has been even more transformative than I could have hoped. The team of four teachers brought a variety of skills, specialisms and experiences in all aspects of yoga, which deepened my understanding of asana while opening new paths of exploration with compassion, humour and encouragement. The sense of community was apparent from the opening ceremony and I have found a new love of yoga as well as the friendship and support of inspiring teachers and fellow students.

I've started a 200hr teacher training with MPM part time. I couldn't see myself as a teacher, no where near that but over the last 7weeks things have drastically changed in me around me and for me. Doing this course is what has helped me metamorphosize myself and change into that which I thought I wouldn't be good enough to be or do.This is just the beginning I've still got alot of work to do in my journey and I'm content with that. I've finally found my way.Thank you to all the wonderful teachers that were apart of my journey and the lovely yoginis I was in the group with you are all apart of my new self.Thank you again with loads of love 💗
I took the yoga teaching training with Middle Path Movement at Dragonfly in Sydenham. The course fits really well around life and work.To say the course has been life changing would be an understatement. The course curriculum is thorough, with a group of teachers who are competent and knowledgeable as well as incredibly compassionate and supportive. Each teacher on the course brings their own wisdom and the balance of each of their interests and knowledge works really well in giving breadth to the course. As well as laying an incredible foundation for teaching Asanas and breath work, with lessons on teaching theory, practicals and Asana workshops, we have been given in-depth knowledge on the history and philosophy of yoga as well as anatomy of the body in relation to yoga and deep dives into Sanskrit. On top of this, there are lots of hours of yoga and meditation which balance out all of the learning. The teaching methods are varied and, as well as imparting their own knowledge, there is always room for discussion and for us to explore, be inquisitive and share our own perspectives. The Middle Path Movement has a very special ethos which allows students to grow in their own direction.I have been overwhelmed with how the teachers go out of their way to provide extra support when required. Their openness creates a beautiful environment for learning and as students we have really bonded as a group. This course is about so much more than learning about yoga. For me, it has been a genuine personal journey of self discovery and I am incredibly thankful that I was able to make that journey with the Middle Path Movement.
my yoga training, with the middle path movement, far exceeded all my expectations!i was allowed to learn from two great and inspiring yoga teachers who created a space for the individual development of each individual! The whole organization was great! And the manager always made it a priority that everyone felt comfortable. With her loving and caring personality she helped to create a space, in which we found trust and the support at any time!Besides that the food and the place where you where surrounded by beautiful nature was just amazing!!I can heartily recommend middle path movement for a yoga teacher training🙏🙏
I am so grateful to have experienced the YTT with Middle Path Movement in Gravito, Portugal. It was such a wholesome and deep journey and the experience was beyond any expectation. The classes were amazing and the team took so good care of us during the whole stay. We immersed into nature and created bonds with eachother and with ourselves. I felt so nurtured during the stay, both in body and mind. Thank you middle path movement and Gravito for this experience and beautiful transformation. I wish I could experience it all over again!
I had a wonderful experience here in Mexico completing my 200YTT with Middle Path Movement. The teachers and staff were absolutely incredible.
A great experience here. I was expecting hours of the actual yoga practice but actually much of it was spent on philosophy and learning about the body systems. You do have to be somewhat conditioned physically to be able to still perform all the asanas by the third week , be ready for that physical challenge. I learned so much about myself and the instructors were all very informed and caring. I would consider taking another course with middle path. Location is about 10 minutes walk to the beach
I did the 200 YTT in Mexico. It was a great experience. The teachers were very experienced, loving and caring. The training was perfectly organized. The vegan food was amazing. Thank you!
Awesome experience, very well organized, the teachers are well prepared and the whole team is incredible.I recommend it!
I loved my teacher training experience in Sayulita. I learned a lot and improved a lot in my performance in yoga. The food was incredible and the staff very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it.
I am very proud of the presence of the beautiful, professional teacher, Jessica. Many of the trainers came out very distinguished. I remember that all her students used to take enthusiasm and psychological comfort from her. I hope we will meet soonI also thank the Danish professional Sarah

Middle Path Movement is a beautiful, tremendously helpful and holistic approach for personal and spiritual growth. I got to know Jessica as a yoga teacher when I did my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with her. She is a very good Yoga teacher and I particularly loved her philosophy classes. I decided to continue my spiritual journey with her and participated in the one-to-one online coaching "Butterfly Awakening". I learned so much about yoga, chakras and myself. I got to know different tools and tips to reflect and work on myself. Jessica adapted the coaching to my needs and wishes. I appreciated her flexibility, empathy and personal advise. She is a very open-minded, cheerful and deep personality with loads of positivity and humour. I enjoyed our weekly talks a lot. She became a dear friend to me! Thanks so much for everything, Jessica!! 💜💜💜
I have been a student of Middle Path Movement since 2018. Jessica’s yoga classes are unique, and the retreats she curates are a pleasure to experience. At my first retreat with Middle Path Movement, Jess taught me how to meditate while explaining the benefits on a biophysical level, and for that I am very grateful. But in my opinion, philosophy is where MPM really shines. Through the teachings of MPM, I have dissolved the belief systems that don’t serve me and cultivated my own personal constitution. If you’re looking for a shift in perspective, or direction back to your Self, this is it. I can’t wait for the next retreat in Thailand! Thank you Jess and everyone at MPM!
The Jamaican Wellness Retreat was relaxing, refreshing, and definitely needed!!! I was able to disconnect and reconnect! will be back again next year!!
Jessica was one of my teachers during my YTT200 training, and I am so grateful that I was lucky enough to be her student. Having met many yoga teachers after that, I can say with confidence that the knowledge and advice that I received during the training seems to be of very high quality compared to what students receive in similar trainings.
This retreat was magical not only because of the beautiful location but mainly because of Jess and Teela. This was my first retreat and I didn’t choose a retreat I chose Jess and Teela they not only are great at what they do but they are also beautiful souls. Grateful for all the experiences and learnings.
Jessica and Teela really worked hard to create a retreat for everyone to relax, but most importantly to enjoy themselves. The yoga exercises, the food, and the activities were all well thought out and planned. I would definitely recommend anyone to join the next retreat they have planned in the future. It's sooo worth it.
Middle path movement is the place to be !! From the heart felt authentic teachings, to the variety of idyllic settings in which the courses and retreats are held, there's something for everyone. I feel middle path movement truly embodies yoga in all aspects whilst accomodating to each person's level of practice and needs. Coming out of one of these retreats myself, I felt such an immense sense of peace and clarity.Words can't express enough what an amazing experience this was for me so I deeply recommend you book your spot and see for yourself!!!
Phenomenal, I love the creative yet informative messages. Very well thought out and inspiring!! I would advise everyone to read this book. There’re so many things I can relate to, in a very moving way. She’s opening eyes, hearts, and minds with this one. It’s a dope movement. ✨🤍✨
Jessica’s teachings deeply honour the roots of Yoga and her philosophy classes offer so much space for deep self-reflection. She has a depth of knowledge and experience and shares her love of Yoga with her students so beautifully. Her classes are very expansive, opening you up to history, culture and energies you may not have ever considered. She really guides you to integrate all parts of Yoga into your life. Most definitely my favourite part of my 200 hour Teacher Training!
