Join us for a 2 day teacher training clinic which will equip you with skills to provide quality adjustments to your students in your dynamic movement classes and also the ability to transform your yin and restorative classes too. We will also be offering Thai massage techniques so you can give the ultimate savasana!

This course is for yoga teachers and personal trainers of all levels looking to build more confidence with their hands on assists and /or those who would like to learn the basics of Thai massage. We especially encourage this course for teachers who certified online.

    Certified Yoga Teacher

    Born and raised in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga, Varun has lived and breathed yoga since birth. More than a practice, yoga has always been his way of life—rooted in tradition, guided by discipline, and inspired by a deep sense of purpose.
    As a dedicated Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga teacher, Varun brings years of experience in asana, pranayama, meditation techniques, and mantra chanting. His classes are thoughtfully designed to meet students where they are—whether beginner or advanced—offering accessible variations, personalized adjustments, and a steady focus on breath and alignment.
    Varun’s teaching blends ancient wisdom with a modern approach, helping students move toward greater awareness, inner stillness, and meditative depth. He teaches in both English and Hindi, and has guided students in both in-person and online settings around the world.

    Jessica

    Founder of MPM, Yoga Teacher Trainer & Mentor

    Jessica founded Middle Path Movement™ after years of traveling the world in search of Self-healing tools for an autoimmune condition she was diagnosed with as a child. With over 14 years of experience in holistic therapies, she has curated wellness retreats and yoga teacher trainings globally, from Jamaica to Everest Base Camp, focusing on self-healing, personal mastery, and cultural exploration.

    She has been writing and leading yoga teacher training programs for several years, including in Hatha, Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, Beginners Thai Massage, Aerial, and Chakra Yoga.

    A lifelong student of traditional teachings, Jessica integrates her experiences into her teachings, with a passion for yoga philosophy. She also enjoys the communicative arts, having published the poetry book Egolution – Volume 1: Revolution Starts Within and hosting the podcast ‘Egolution’. Now based in London, she continues to curate transformative experiences while offering private mentorships and training worldwide.
