Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at House of Leyla is an immersive journey designed to deepen your practice, build confidence, and support you in sharing yoga with authenticity and heart.
Held across 12 consecutive weekends over three months, this training offers a focused and transformative experience while still allowing you to stay connected to your everyday life. The consistent weekly rhythm creates momentum, integration, and deep embodiment, guiding you step by step into both personal and professional growth.
Located at House of Leyla, a welcoming holistic wellness hub in Kent, this training takes place within a nurturing and community-focused sanctuary dedicated to connection, wellbeing, and transformation. The space brings together yoga, holistic therapies, mindful living, and community in a warm environment where students feel supported, seen, and inspired.
Each weekend immersion invites you to explore the wisdom and practice of yoga through movement, reflection, and shared experience alongside a supportive group of like-minded practitioners.
Throughout the course, you will:
• Deepen your personal practice and understanding of asana, breath, and alignment
• Explore yoga philosophy, history, meditation, and mantra
• Learn anatomy and safe teaching methodology
• Develop confidence in sequencing, cueing, and holding space as a teacher
• Be guided by experienced teachers who bring warmth, authenticity, and depth
This intensive three-month journey is more than a qualification. It is an opportunity to immerse yourself fully in the practice, build lasting connections, and discover your own middle path both on and off the mat.
