Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at House of Leyla is an immersive journey designed to deepen your practice, build confidence, and support you in sharing yoga with authenticity and heart.
The training begins with a seven-day intensive immersion, giving you the opportunity to step fully into the practice, connect with your teachers and fellow students, and build strong foundations for the journey ahead.
This is followed by eight full training weekends, allowing you to continue developing your knowledge, skills and confidence while having time between each weekend to practise, reflect and integrate what you are learning into everyday life.
We will then come together for a final celebration on International Yoga Day, 21st June, marking the completion of your 200-hour journey and everything you have achieved along the way.
Located at House of Leyla, a welcoming holistic wellness hub in Kent, the training takes place within a nurturing and community-focused sanctuary dedicated to connection, wellbeing and transformation. The space brings together yoga, holistic therapies, mindful living and community in a warm environment where students can feel supported, seen and inspired.
Throughout the training, you will:
• Deepen your personal practice and understanding of asana, breath and alignment
• Explore yoga philosophy, history, meditation and mantra
• Learn anatomy and safe teaching methodology
• Develop confidence in sequencing, cueing and holding space as a teacher
• Be guided by experienced teachers who bring warmth, authenticity and depth
Each stage of the training invites you to explore the wisdom and practice of yoga through movement, reflection and shared experience alongside a supportive group of like-minded practitioners.
This journey is more than a qualification. It is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the practice, give yourself time to integrate and grow, build lasting connections, and discover your own middle path both on and off the mat.
