Step into Lior Wellness Studio, a light-filled, serene space with Mediterranean charm and stunning sea views—a setting designed to nurture presence, reflection, and growth. Over one immersive weekend each month, our hand-picked, passionate teachers guide you through a year of practice, philosophy, and meditation, helping you deepen your own practice and gain the confidence to teach yoga with authenticity and heart.

To reserve your space, we ask for a 30% holding deposit. The remainder of the price will be invoiced for you to be paid 1 month prior to the start of the course.     Yoga Teacher Training – St Leonards-on-Sea, 200 Hours (Part-Time, January Start)

    Our one-year, part-time Yoga Teacher Training at Lior Wellness Studio is designed to fit around your life, with one weekend per month so you can balance work, family, and home commitments while training to become a globally recognised yoga teacher.

    Set in the beautifully light and airy Lior Wellness Studio, with its Mediterranean-inspired decor and stunning sea views, each weekend is an invitation to immerse yourself fully in yoga.

    Throughout the course, you will:

    • Deepen your personal practice and understanding of āsana, breath, and alignment
    • Explore yoga philosophy, history, meditation, and mantra
    • Learn the anatomy and mechanics of the body to teach safely and confidently
    • Gain insight from experienced teachers with diverse styles and perspectives

    This nurturing, immersive program gives you the skills, confidence, and inspiration to teach yoga with authenticity and heart.

    Meet the instructors

     

    Dan

    They call Dan "The Magic Man" in the sea side town of Hastings, where he lives and also works. Dan gained a Masters degree in Osteopathy at the London School of Osteopathy in 2014 and was a Movement therapist and dancer before that.

    After having to retire due to injury, from a career as a dancer with the internationally celebrated dance troupe 'STOMP', he pursued a career in osteopathy and movement therapy to better understand the nature of injury and healing. Since then he has further trained as a kinesiologist, a hypnotherapist, a Personal Trainer and a practitioner of Functional Medicine ( a system biology-based approach that identifies and addresses the root cause of disease.)  

    Dan likes to work with anyone and everyone, whether it is to move them out of discomfort or to help them optimise the way their body functions and feels.

    Alongside running his unique and thriving practice, Dan teaches anatomy for Yoga on Teacher Trainings. He has curated a very specific and unique module for aspiring yoga teachers to ensure they are well informed on the mechanics and functioning of the body and how this links to yoga. His goal for the training is to ignite  a curiosity that flames a lifelong passion for exploring movement.

    Hannah

    Hannah is a senior teacher and Yoga mentor and has been teaching and working within the wellness industry for 13 years. She was
    head of Yoga at BLOK, London for 6 years and has clocked up over 10,000 hours of teaching across London’s studios, French coastlines and retreats.
    It’s important to Hannah that classes are joyful and challenging; striving to create an experience that you can take beyond the mat and join a community you can expand into your authentic self with.

    Samantha

    Certified Yoga Teacher and Co-Founder of Silk & Strength

    Samantha Is a Yoga Alliance registered teacher, specialising in Aerial Yoga, as well as other Circus and Aerial arts - including Pole dance, aerial slings, silks and Aerial Hoop. Her qualifications include 200hr RYT, 90 hr RCYT, level 3 yoga, level 3 Pilates, dynamic aerial yoga levels 1-3, pre and post natal level 3, Yin Yoga 30hr RYT and anatomy and Physiology level 3. Samantha  has been practicing Aerial and Yoga in tandem, for almost 18 years, and teaching for 8, her passion lies in creating dynamic and creative flows and linking breath and movement together her students.

    Emily

    Emily, founder of Lior Wellness Studio, Yoga teacher and Mindset Coach will be holding a few classes throughout the course on 'how to teach a Yoga class', what it entails and how to create a great environment for teaching. There will also be shared modules on running a Yoga business and how to stay authentic to yourself in the process.

    Jessica

    Founder of MPM, Yoga Teacher Trainer & Mentor

    Jessica founded Middle Path Movement™ after years of traveling the world in search of Self-healing tools for an autoimmune condition she was diagnosed with as a child. With over 14 years of experience in holistic therapies, she has curated wellness retreats and yoga teacher trainings globally, from Jamaica to Everest Base Camp, focusing on self-healing, personal mastery, and cultural exploration.

    She has been writing and leading yoga teacher training programs for several years, including in Hatha, Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, Beginners Thai Massage, Aerial, and Chakra Yoga.

    A lifelong student of traditional teachings, Jessica integrates her experiences into her teachings, with a passion for yoga philosophy. She also enjoys the communicative arts, having published the poetry book Egolution – Volume 1: Revolution Starts Within and hosting the podcast ‘Egolution’. Now based in London, she continues to curate transformative experiences while offering private mentorships and training worldwide.
