Booking Terms and Conditions
To reserve your space, we ask for a £500 holding deposit. The remainder of the price will be invoiced for you to be paid 1 month prior to the start of the retreat. If you have any questions, please contact us via the contact form below.  Please note, due to limited spaces, holding deposits are non-refundable. We do also offer payment plans so please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can discuss the best plan to suit your needs.

    Meet the instructors

    Jessica

    Founder of MPM, Yoga Teacher Trainer & Mentor

    Jessica founded Middle Path Movement™ after years of travelling the world in search of self-healing tools for an autoimmune condition she was diagnosed with as a child. With over 14 years of experience in holistic therapies, she has curated wellness retreats, yoga teacher trainings and the Yoga Mentor School online community, supporting students around the world with a focus on self-healing, personal growth and cultural exploration.

    She has been writing and leading yoga teacher training programmes for several years, specialising in Hatha, Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, Beginners Thai Massage, Aerial and Chakra Yoga. Travelling internationally throughout the year, Jessica continues to lead retreats, teacher trainings and workshops across the world while mentoring students both in person and online.

    A lifelong student of traditional teachings, Jessica integrates her experience into everything she teaches, with a particular passion for yoga philosophy. She has also explored the communicative arts through her Egolution podcast and published poetry. Based in East Sussex, England, she continues to lead retreats, teacher trainings and mentorship programmes around the world.
